Explicit Consent and Commercial Electronic Message Approval

This text concerns the explicit consent and the approval that you may give freely and on an informed basis to Opsa Optik Camlar Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("OPSA") for the operations set out below. Detailed information on the processing of your personal data is available in the Privacy Notice, and information on cookies in the Cookie Policy.

Each of the consents and approvals below is independent of the others. Not giving any of them does not affect your use of the Site, your submission of forms or the answering of your requests. You may withdraw the consents and approvals you have given at any time, without retroactive effect.

If you click the "Accept all" button in the cookie banner, or enable and save the "Visit statistics (Google Analytics)" option in the cookie preferences panel, you give your explicit consent to:

  • The processing of data on your use of the Site (pages visited, duration of the visit, device and browser information, approximate location) through analytics cookies for the purpose of improving the Site,
  • The transfer of these data to the servers abroad of the service provider Google, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6698.

To withdraw your consent, you can use the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the Site.

If you click the "Load map" button on the Contact page, click the "Accept all" button in the cookie banner, or enable and save the "Maps (Google Maps)" option in the cookie preferences panel, you give your explicit consent to the loading of the Google Maps service and, in this context, to the placing of cookies by Google and the transfer of data abroad.

To withdraw your consent, you can use the "Cookie preferences" link.

If you tick the box "I would like to receive commercial electronic messages about OPSA campaigns and announcements" in the contact or dealer application form, you give your approval, under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, to:

  • The sending by OPSA of commercial electronic messages about products, campaigns, announcements and events to the e-mail address and phone number (SMS and calls) you provide in the form,
  • The processing of your name, surname, e-mail, phone and company information for this purpose, and the registration of your approval in the Message Management System (İYS).

You can withdraw your approval at any time, free of charge, in the following ways:

  • The opt-out link or opt-out instruction included in every message sent to you,
  • The Message Management System (iys.org.tr),
  • An e-mail to opsa@opsa.com.tr.

Your opt-out request is processed within the period set out in the legislation. Your approval records are retained for 3 years from the end of the validity of the approval.
